Jezza Donovan has been strutting his stuff on stage since 2004.  Pantomime and comedy have been a large part of his experience, and he loves to put some joy out into the room!

His career has seen him travel as far afield as Iran and Serbia, and a host of venues across the UK.  His production career started in in earnest in 2012 when Elizabeth Webster said he had to ;-)

He has thoroughly enjoyed it ever since, and hopes to create a safe space for actors to explore and enjoy comedy and improvisation whilst also putting it into practise at the same time.

He is also getting very good at writing funding applications...so fingers crossed!

Emma performed as Alice Fitsnugly in 'WHITTINGTON:  A Dick in the City' in 2015, and as Fanny With-a-Comb in 'Tinderella - The 'App'solutely Preposterous Love Story' in 2014.

Emma graduated from University of Wales, Trinity St David in 2011 and since then has been pursuing her acting career in London. Her theatre credits include Sandra in Briefs (Waterloo East Theate), Erin in 'Going Down' (Bread and Roses Theatre), Phoebe in 'The B Word' (Firehorse Productions) and acting the formidable Miss Nightingale at the Florence Nightingale Museum. TV/Film credits include Space Engineer (Destination Space, Science Museum), Harley (Harley's Comet) and Chloe (Chloe).  

Here is what she said about working with JED Productions in 2014:

     I had a great time working with JED Productions on Tinderella. Jeremy was a brilliant director who obviously cared a lot about the production and his cast! The rehearsal time was used efficiently and allowed me to explore my character, enhance my improvisation skills and make some great friends! Everything was very organised and ran very smoothly.

  I had never played a 'baddie' before so I throughly enjoyed exploring the part of Fanny With-a-Comb. Felicity, Jeremy and I spent time developing a back story for the two characters which allowed me to delve into the character and I had fun testing out her relationship with her sister Katty Hopscotch.

  The Bridewell Theatre is a great performing space and we managed to get a decent crowd in for most of the performances. I had great fun working on Tinderella.

Alex, sadly, can't be in this years show as he got himself a 'proper' job.  Scarily sensible move.  He will, however be involved with the show as much as possible, it wouldn't be the same without him!

Here is what he had to say about working with JED Productions in 2014 for 'Tinderella':

My experience working with JED productions was very positive.  As a performer I was continually supported, encouraged to take risks and challenge myself as both character and actor.

I never worried about the final product or felt nervous about performing because JED Productions were perpetually calm and in control. 

I would DEFINITELY work with JED Productions  again, if I wasn't so sensible I would quit my job just to do panto with these guys again. 

It was an experience I often refer to as my favourite production and I have loads of great, hilarious memories to keep me motivated during my drab office days.

The experience definitely helped me as an actor.  I learned a lot about improvisation, you never know what is going to happen with audience participation.  It was also a really useful lesson in feeling the atmosphere of the room and playing off that.  Each audience was different and so my performance had to reflect that, each time being different to play to the audience and get the best reactions.  

The whole production taught me to be more courageous as an actor, from singing to grumpy commuters at 8.00am to completely owning all of my own decisions and having to see them through with no one to help you out (soliloquies and audience participation).

The company continually treated me with respect and fairness.  The chit system worked very well, each performer getting an extra pip for what they contributed.

The company were always respectful, even when I was getting creamed or carry a giant inflatable penis, I never felt uncomfortable or forced to do anything I wasn't happy to do. 

Felicity enjoyed herself so much last year that she's joining us again this year!  Yay!  She even misses the wig from last year, which to be honest, i was NOT expecting.  We can't wait to welcome her back!

Felicity trained at East 15 Acting School. Her theatre credits include Florence in the 24 Hour Plays Festival (Hull Truck Theatre), Amy in Cash (The Tristan Bates Theatre), Landlady/Mother in Boris Godunov (The Brockley Jack Studio Theatre), Kelly in The Mess (Baron's Court Theatre), Margarita in The Suicide (The Space), Lucio in Measure for Measure The Cockpit). Felicity played the part of journalist Kate Meryick in the immersive murder mystery Interrorbang?! with theatre company Gideon Reeling. Her film credits include Katrina in Darren H. Christ, Mistress Zara in Reduced Seduction, Susan in Blue Steel. Felicity is thrilled to be doing panto at The Bridewell for the second year. 

Here is what she had to say about working on Cinderella in 2014:

I had an absolutely wonderful time working with Jeremy in Tinderella. The whole process was a joy, from rehearsals to the performances themselves to the after-show part where he rustled up a three-course meal for all the cast!

He was a brilliant director, rehearsals were a safe place in which we could experiment and have fun...in fact this carried on into the show itself where we were free to improvise and ad-lib in true panto-fashion. I would love to have the experience again, it was one of the most fun and joyful gigs I've ever done and the panto really put me in the festive mood ready for Christmas.

Jeremy made everything so easy for us as performers, there were never any issues or problems that he couldn't solve quickly and calmly and he was never too busy to answer any questions or queries we had.

With Jeremy's guidance I developed as a performer, he gave us the confidence to create our characters and bring them to life and those characters continued to grow throughout the run.

It was a wonderful experience to act opposite Jeremy as every one of his performances were different, he kept us on our toes and every show was thrilling and energetic.

The script was very funny, very well written and the audience always left with huge smiles on their faces.

Liz has been involved in JED Productions Panto from the very start - and she loves it! She played Princess Jasmin in A Ladd in the City and Cinders in Tinderella: The App-solutely Preposterous Love Story as well as co-producing them. Although she is not on stage this year(#sadface), she has been production assisting to keep her hand in and may be back on stage for 2016 - watch this space!

Liz is also the one in the silly hat with the dog on the 118 118 adverts.
